India beat England by 9 wickets and enter into ICC U-19 women’s T20 World Cup for the second time in a row. In the final on Sunday India will face South Africa.
Elected to bat first in second semi-final England opener Davina Perrin (45 runs from 40 balls) given England a decent start along with Jemima Spence (9 runs from 8 balls). Left arm spinner Parunika Sisodia broke the opening stand by dismissing Jemima Spence.

Parunika Sisodia then took the wicket of Trudy Johnson for zero in the same over of the innings. Captain Abi Norgrove (30 runs from 25 balls) and Davina Perrin build 44 run partnership for the third wicket before Aayushi Shukla took the key wicket of Davina Perrin.

From 81/2 at one stage England collapsed to 92/8. Amu Surrenkumar (14* runs from 13 balls) and Tilly Corteen-Coleman (7* runs from 12 balls) took them to 113/8 with their 21 run partnership for the ninth wicket.
Left arm spinners Parunika Sisodia (3/21 in 4 overs) and Vaishnavi Sharma (3/23 in 4 overs) helped India to restrict England to a below par score. Both together took 6 wickets for just 44 runs in their 8 over spell.

Aayushi shukla (2/21 in 4 overs) is the other wicket taker for India.

India openers G Kamalini (56* runs from 50 balls) and Gongadi Trisha (35 runs from 29 balls) give India a good start in the chase by scoring 60 runs in 9 overs for the opening wicket. Phoebe Brett given England much needed break through by dismissing dangerous Gongadi Trisha.
G Kamalini along with Sanika Chalke (11* runs from 12 balls) took India To their second straight ICC U-19 Women’s T20 World Cup Final. In the title clash India will face South Africa on Sunday.
Phoebe Brett (1/30 in 4 overs) is the only wicket taker for England.
