India Innings
India openers Pratika Rawal (25 runs from 32 balls) and Smriti Mandhana (117 runs from 91 balls) once again provided India solid start. Both put together 70 runs for the opening stand in 11.3 overs. Spinner Ashley Gardner provided Australia the first breakthrough by dismissing Pratika Rawal.

Harleen Deol’s (10 runs from 24 balls) innings ended in run out after terrible mix up with Smriti Mandhana. Harleen drive the ball to mid off and ran. Smriti Mandhana was ball watching and hesitate to run as King stop the ball and throw to the keeper who took the bails.
Gardner once again provided Australia the breakthrough by dismissing India captain Harmanpreet Kaur for 17. Smriti Mandhana continues his good form and converted her start to a big one. She hit her 12th ODI century.
Deepti Sharma (40 runs from 53 balls) , Richa Ghosh (29 runs from 33 balls) and Sneh Rana (24 runs from 18 balls) innings also helped India to reach 292.

Australia Innings
India pacers Kranti Goud and Renuka Singh Thakur provided India early strikes by dismissing both openers cheaply. Renuka Singh Thakur clean bowled Georgia Voll for duck and Kranto Goud took the wicket of Australia captain Alyssa Healy for 9.

Ellyse Perry (44 runs from 61 balls) and Beth Mooney (18 runs from 34 balls) slowly brought Australia back with 50 run stand. Sneh Rana broke the stand with the wicket of Beth Mooney. Radha Yadhav then took a brillant caught and bowled to dismiss Ellyse Perry.
Arundhathi Reddy then took the wicket of Annabel Sutherland (45 runs from 42 balls) who scored at a decent rate. Australia then lost wickets at regular intervals and bowled out for 190. This is Australia’s biggest defeat in ODIs.
India women made history by beating Australia for the first time since 2007 at home.
