Bangladesh opening batter Mahmudul Hasan ruled out of two match test series against Pakistan due to groin injury. Bangladesh cricket Board (BCB) yet to announce any replacement for him.
Mahmudul Hasan suffered an injury while playing for Bangladesh A team against Islamabad prior to joining the test squad. Injury prevented him from batting in the second innings.

“We have received a mail regarding Mahmudul where it is stated that he sustained an injury to his right groin and as a result he is being rested for three weeks,” Cricbuzz quoted as BCB chief physician Debashish Chowdhury said.
Bangladesh team arrived in Pakistan early to avoid disruptions due to the ongoing political unrest in Bangladesh.
The first test of the series will be played in Rawalpindi on August 21st followed by second test in Karachi on August 30th.
