South Africa won the toss and put India into bat first. The decision came as the pitch was expected to offer some early movements for the bowlers. It gives Proteas a chance to make early inroads into the Indian batting line up.

The match , which was schedule to start at 3 PM, has been delayed due to wet outfield.

What captains said?

Laura Wolvaardt:- We’ll bowl first. It looks like a nice wicket and hopefully It’ll play even better under lights. We’ve made one change. Tumi Sekhukhune comes in place for Klaas.

Harmanpreet Kaur:- We would have bowled first as well. Since we’re batting first, hopefully we can put up a good total and get a positive result. The supporters have been amazing throughout. We have one change , Amanjot Kaur comes in place of Renuka.
