England looks to bounce back on S Smith’s 100th Test

England looks to bounce back in the third Ashes test to stay alive in the series which is also Steven Smith’s 100th Test. They lost the first test by 2 wickets and second test by 43 runs.

England dropped James Anderson and Josh Tongue for the third test. Chris Woakes and Mark Wood will replace them. Moeen Ali also find a place in the XI in place of injured Ollie Pope.

Australian legend S Smith is going to achieve the milestone of playing 100th test for his country. So far he scored 9113 including 32 centuries and 37 half centuries with an average of 59.56 from 99 tests.

Nathan Lyon who ruled out of the series due to injury forced Australia to make a change in their playing XI. Headingly test will be the first test Lyon missed since Lord in 2013.
