Batting first, RCB set a mammoth 255 run target and bowled out Gujarat Titans for 162 in 19.3 overs. Captain Rajat Patidar earned Player of the Match after smashing an unbeaten 93 runs from just 33 balls.

For RCB, Venkatesh Iyer started started aggressively before Kagiso Rabada dismissed him for 19 runs from 7 balls. Virat Kohli and Devdutt Padikkal laid the platform for a big score with their 72 run partnership from 38 balls. Jason Holder dismissed both batters in the ninth over, giving Gujarat Titans a crucial breakthrough. Virat Kohli scored 43 from 25 balls, while Devdutt Padikkal made 30 runs off 19 deliveries.

Rajat Patidar and Krunal Pandya added 95 runs from 47 balls, helping RCB post a mammoth total. Krunal Pandya scored 43 runs from 28 balls, including five fours and two sixes. Captain Rajat Patidar played one of the finest IPL qualifier knocks, scoring unbeaten 93 runs from just 33 balls. He smashed five fours and nine sixes during his explosive innings.
At the end of 20 overs, Royal Challengers Bengaluru reached 254 for five.

The batting collapse began after Sai Sudharsan was hit wicket off Jacob Duffy early in the innings. He scored 14 from 9. Their batting crumbled to 88 for 8 in 11.2 overs against RCB’s relentless bowling attack.

Rahul Tewatia played a lone knock of 68 runs from 43 balls, including eight fours and four sixes. Jos Buttler was Gujarat Titans second top scorer with 29 runs from 11 balls. RCB bowled out Gujarat Titans for 162 runs, securing a massive victory to reach another IPL final.
Despite the defeat, Gujarat Titans remain alive and will face Rajasthan Royals or Sunrises Hyderabad winners in qualifier two.
