India and Rajasthan Royals spinner Yuzvendra Chahal achieved the milestone of becoming first Indian bowler to take 350 T20 wickets. He got to the landmark during the IPL match when he dismissed Delhi Capitals captain Rishabh Pant.

Out of the 350 wickets 96 came for Team India and 201 in his IPL career. He achieved this feat in his 301st appearance in this format. The next best Indian bowler on the list is Mumbai Indians bowler Piyush Chawla with 310 wickets.
Overall , Chahal stands 11th in the list which is led by former West Indies cricketer Dwayne Bravo with 625 wickets in 574 T20 matches.

His excellent performance in the ongoing IPL helped him earn a place in 15 member Indian T20 World Cup squad. He picked 14 wickets from 11 matches with best bowling figures of 3/11 in IPL 2024 so far.
