Musheer Khan (131 runs from 126 balls) and bowlers thrash Newzealand by 214 runs in their first Super Six match of the on going ICC Under-19 world cup in South Africa. Chasing 296 run target Newzealand bowled out for just 81 runs in 28.1 overs.

Elected to field first Newzealand opening bowler Mason Clarke dismissed Indian opener Arshin Kulkarni (9 runs from 9 balls) in the third ball of the fifth over. Musheer Khan along with Adarsh Singh (52 runs from 58 balls) and Udhay Saharan (34 runs from 57 balls) partnership of 77 & 87 runs for second and third wicket put India in a comfortable position.

Mason Clarke picked 4 wickets for 62 runs in his 8 over spell. Ryan Tsourgas (1/28 in 6 overs) , Zac Cumming (1/37 in 10 overs) , Oliver Tewatiya (1/43 in 6 overs) and Ewald Schreuder (1/50 in 8 overs) are the other wicket takers for Kiwis.
Raj Limbani given India a dream start with the ball by picking Tom Jones and Snehith Reddy in the first over of the innings for a ducks. Newzealand then lost wickets frequently and bowled out for 81. None of the Newzealand batters gone past 20 run mark.
Captain Oscar Jackson (19 runs from 38 balls) was the top scorer for New Zealand.

Left arm spinner Saumy Pandey was the most successful Indian bowler by picking 4 wickets for just 19 runs in his 10 over spell.
