Australia beat India by 66 runs in third ODI and avoid 3-0 whitewash. Elected to bat first Australia set 353 run target and bowled India out for 286 in 49.4 overs. Glenn Maxwell named Player of the Match for his 4/40 in 10 overs.

Mitchell Marsh (96 runs from 84 balls) and David Warner (56 runs from 34 balls) gives Australia a flying start by scoring 78 runs in 8.1 overs. Prasidh Krishna broke the partnership by dismissing Warner.

Steven Smith (74 runs from 61 balls) and Mitchell Marsh (96 runs from 84 balls) continued to attack the Indian bowlers after the fall of Warner. They scored 137 runs from just 119 balls before Mitchell Marsh got out to Kuldeep Yadhav for 96.

Indian bowlers made a good come back after the fall of Steven Smith (74 runs from 61 balls) in 32nd over. Australia were 242/3 at this stage and looks good to score more than 400. India done well to restrict them to 352/7.

Jasprit Bumrah took 3 wickets but went for 81 runs in his 10 over spell. Kuldeep Yadhav (2/48 in 6 overs) , Prasidh Krishna (1/45 in 5 overs) and Mohammed Siraj (1/68 in 9 overs) are the wicket takers for India. Washington Sundar (0/48 in 10 overs) went wicketless but bowled an economical spell.

Washington Sundar (18 runs from 30 balls) opened the batting with Indian skipper Rohit Sharma (81 runs from 57 balls). Rohit Sharma given India off to a flying start with his blistering innings.

Virat Kohli scored 56 runs from 61 balls and Shreyas Iyer who walks to bat at No.4 scored 48 runs from 43 balls. All Indian top 4 batters got out to Glenn Maxwell. He took a brillant return catch to dismiss Indian captain Rohit Sharma.

Team India looks good in the 353 run chase till 35th over. They were 221/3 at this stage of the game. Australia then picked wickets quickly and bowled India out for 286 in 49.4 overs. Ravindra Jadeja scored 35 runs from 36 balls.
