Australia will face India for the second ODI of three match series in Holkar Cricket Stadium , Indore. India currently leads the 3 match series 1-0. Australia desperate to end their losing streak. They now lost 4 matches in a trot (3 against South Africa and 1 against India).

India bowled out Australia for 276 in first ODI and chased it down in 48.4 overs with 5 wickets remaining. Shubman Gill (74 runs from 63 balls) , Ruturaj Gaikwad (71 runs from 77 balls) , K.L.Rahul (58* runs from 63 balls) and Suryakumar Yadhav (50 runs from 49 balls) are the major contributors in the chase.

India dropped catches and missed runout opportunities in first ODI. They will look to improve on it in second ODI. Most of the Australian batters got start in the last ODI but failed to convert it into a big one.

Ashwin who made a comeback into the ODIs in last game bowled a decent spell. It is important for Team India that Shreyas Iyer to be back among runs. Australian captain Pat Cummins told Starc won’t be ready for second game so they will probably stick to same XI.

Indore pitch will favor the batters and it could be an another high scoring game.
