Abdullah Shafique’s double ton and Agha Salman century took Pakistan to 397 runs first innings lead on Day 3

Abdullah Shafique (201 runs from 326 balls) and Agha Salman (132* runs from 148 balls) helps Pakistan to reach 563/5 at end of Day 3 of the second test against Srilanka. Currently they lead by 397 runs.

Pakistan continues their dominance on Day 3 also by scoring 385 runs for the loss of 3 wickets. Babar Azam and Abdullah Shafique resumed the innings added another 32 more runs before P Jayasuriya trapped Pakistan captain Babar Azam infront of the stumps for 39.

Saud Shakeel continuous his good form by scoring 57 runs from 110 balls. He and Abdullah Shafique put together 109 runs for the fourth wicket.

After being hit on the head of the first ball Sarfaraz Ahmed walked back to the dressing room at the score of 14. Mohammed Rizwan replaced him.

Agha Salman (132* runs from 148 balls) batted beautifully for Pakistan by scoring unbeaten century. He along with Abdullah Shafique added 124 runs and with Mohammed Rizwan (37* runs from 61 balls) added unbroken 95 runs so far.

Prabath Jayasuriya dismissed Abdul Shafique who scored his first double ton for Pakistan. His innings includes 19 fours and 4 sixes.

Asitha Fernando (3/133 in 24 overs) and Prabath Jayasuriya (2/181 in 52 overs) are the wicket takers for Srilanka so far.
