India-Bangladesh third ODI ends in a thrilling tie at Mirpur and both teams shared the trophy. Chasing 226 runs India bowled out for 225 in 49.3 overs.

Elected to bat first Fargana Hoque (107 runs from 160 balls) who scored first century by a Bangladesh women in ODIs helped them to score 225/4. This is their second highest total in ODIs.

Bangladesh openers Shamima Sultana (52 runs from 78 balls) and Fargana Hoque scores 93 runs for the first wicket. Sneh Rana broke the partnership by dismissing Shamima Sultana.

Nigar Sultana (24 runs from 36 balls) and Shobana Mostary (23* runs from 22 balls) also given useful contribution to their side.

Sneh Rana (2/45 in 10 overs) and Devika Vaidya (1/42 in 10 overs) are the wicket takers for India.

India lost Shafali Verma (4 runs from 3 balls) and Yastika Bhatia (5 runs from 7 balls) cheaply in the chase. Smriti Mandhana (59 runs from 85 balls) and Harleen Deol (77 runs from 108 balls) brought India back by scoring 107 runs for the third wicket.

Fahima Khatun broke the partnership by dismissing Smiriti Mandhana for 59. Nahida Akter given India another blow by dismissing Indian captain Harmanpreet Kaur for 14. Harleen Deol’s runout when India was just 35 runs away cost them the match.

India lost last 6 wickets for just 34 runs. Marufa Akter dismissed Meghna Singh who was the last batter when India needed 1 run from 4 balls. Jemimah Rodrigues (33* runs from 45 balls) remains unbeaten in the chase.

Nahida Akter (3/37 in 10 overs) was the pick of the bowlers including double wicket in the 48th over. Marufa Akter (2/55 in 9 overs) , Rabeya Khan (1/30 in 10 overs) , Fahima Khatun (1/48 in 10 overs) and Sultana Khatun (1/49 in 10 overs) are the wicket takers for Bangladesh.
