Gujarat Titans pulled off a miracle win against Lucknow Super Giants in Indian Premier League. Defending 136 runs Gujarat Titans restricted Lucknow Super Giants to 128/7 in 20 overs. 12 runs needed of the final over bowled by Mohit Sharma Lucknow lost 4 wickets for just 4 runs.
Elected to bowl first Lucknow Super Giants picked Shubhman Gill for a duck. Krunal Pandya dismissed him in the second ball of the second over. W Saha (47 runs from 37 balls) and H Pandya put together 68 runs from 55 balls for the second wicket on a pitch which is difficult to score easily.

Krunal Pandya once again given the breakthrough for LSG by dismissing W Saha for 47. Gujarat Titans then lost Abhinav Manohar (3 runs from 5 balls) and Vijay Shankar(10 runs from 12 balls) cheaply.
Hardik Pandya (66 runs from 50 balls) with 2 fours 4 sixes played a captain’s innings and helped them to reach 135/6. D Miller (6 runs from 12 balls) struggled to accelerate in the final overs and got out in last ball of the innings. Rahul Tewatia (2* from 2 balls) remains not out.

Krunal Pandya(2/16 in 4 overs) , Marcus Stoinis (2/20 in 3 overs) , Amit Mishra (1/9 in 2 overs) and Naveen ul Haq (1/19 in 4 overs are the wicket takers for LSG.
K.L.Rahul (68 runs from 61 balls) with 8 fours and Kyle Mayers (24 runs from 19 balls) gives their team a good start by scoring 55 runs for the first wicket. Rashid Khan clean bowled Kyle Mayers and given LSG the first break through. K.L.Rahul along with Krunal Pandya (23 runs from 23 balls) brought them closer to win by scoring 51 runs from 48 balls for the second wicket.

At the end of 15 overs Lucknow were 106/2. Gujarat Titans pulled off a stunning win from no where when Lucknow needed just 30 runs from 30 balls with 8 wickets remaining. Lucknow were able to score only 22 runs in final 5 overs for the lost of 5 wickets.
Mohit Sharma named player of the match for his spell of 2/17 in 3 overs. He defended 12 runs in the final over to give his side a thrilling 7 run win. Lucknow lost 4 wickets in this over.
