All round performance with both bat and ball gives Rajastan Royals 57 runs win over Delhi Capitals. Chasing 200 run target Rajasthan Royals restricted Delhi to142/9.
Rajastan Royals openers Jos Buttler innings of 79 runs from 51 balls and Yashasvi Jaiswal’s 60 runs from 31 balls put them in a commanding position. They put together 98 runs in 8.3 overs. Mukesh Kumar broke the partnership by dismissing Yashasvi Jaiswal. Left arm wrist spinner Kuldeep Yadhav in the next over dismissed Rajastan Royal captain Sanju Samson for 0.

Shimron Hetmyer 39*(21) with 4 sixes and 1 four in the final overs powers Rajastan Raoyals to 199/4. Dhruv Jurel remains not out with S Hetmyer on 8*(3).
Mukesh Kumar (2/36) , Kuldeep Yadhav (1/31) and Rovman Powel (1/18) are the wicket takers for Delhi.
Left arm seamer Trent Boult once again bowled the double wicket maiden in the first over of the chase. Sanju Samson took a stunning catch to dismiss Prithvi Shaw 0(3) and trapped Manish Pandey 0(1) in front of the stumps.

R Ashwin and his love for the left hand batters continued when he dismissed Rilee Rossouw for 14. David warner 65(55) along with Lalith Yadhav 38(24) put together best partnership of the Delhi innings by scoring 64 runs from just 44 balls. Trent Boult once again broken the partnership by dismissing Lalith Yadhav.
Delhi Captain David Warner scored 65 runs in 55 balls but his strike rate was just 118.18 while chasing 200. Apart from the D Warner and Lalith Yadhav partnership Delhi lost wickets regularly and they were not in the chase through out the innings.
Trent Boult (3/29) and Yuzvendra Chahal (3/27) was the pick of the bowlers. R Ashwin bowled another tight spell by picking 2 wickets for 25 runs in his spell. Sandeep Sharma (1/20) is other wicket taker for Rajastan Royals.
Delhi finishes on 142/9 in 20 overs and lost the match by 57 runs. This is Delhi third consecutive loss in the tournament.
