Kanika Ahuja 46(30) , Richa Ghosh 31*(32) and bowlers helps RCB register their first win in WIPL against UP Warriorz by 5 wickets. Elected to bowl first RCB bowled UP Warrioz for 135 and chased it down in 18 overs with 5 wickets remaining.

Sophie Devine gives RCB dream start with the ball by dismissing both UP Warrioz openers Devika Vaidya 0(1) and A Healy 1(3) in the first over of the match. Meghan Schutt dismissed Tahlia McGrath 2(2) in the second over and pushed RCB to 5/3 inside the first 2 overs. They were able to score only 29 runs in the power play.

Asha Shobana dismissed Kiran Navgire 22(26) in the first over after the power play and Simran Shaikh 2(9) in the 9th over helps RCB pushed UP Warriorz further back by senting half of their side back to pavilion inside 9 overs when the score is just 31.

UP Warriorz fight back with Grace Harris 46(32) and Deepthi Sharma 22(19) partnership of 69 runs from 42 balls for the sixth wicket. Elyse Perry dismissed both batters in 16th over when the partnership looks to score heavily in the final overs. UP Warriorz bowled out for 135 in 19.3 overs.

Deepti Sharma dismissed RCB captain Smriti Mandhana 0(3) for a duck. RCB scored 43 runs in the power play for the loss of both openers.

Devika Vaidya dismissed Ellyse Perry 10(13) first ball after the power play and Deepti Sharma dismissed Heather Knight 24(21) who looks dangerous in the chase.

Kanika Ahuja 46(30) with 8 fours and one six and Richa Ghosh 31(32) with 3 fours and one six partnership of 60 runs in 46 balls took the game away from UP Warriorz before S Ecclestone dismissed Kanika Ahuja.
