Indian Team for Zimbabwe tour announced
BCCI has announced Indian team for the Zimbabwe tour which will begin from August 18. Once again Shikhar Dhawan will lead the team.
Deepak Chahar who didn’t played any competitive cricket since February 2022 comes back in to the side. Rahul Tripathi who was in the squad for Ireland T20I got his first ODI call up. Washington Sundar also return to the squad.
India rested Rohit Sharma, Virat Kohli , Rishabh Pant , Hardik Pandya , Jasprit Bumbrah and Ravindra Jadeja.
India Squad:- S Dhawan(c) , S Gill , R Gaikwad, R Tripathi, D Hooda, S Samson(wk) , I Kishan (wk) , S Thakur , W Sundar, A Patel , Kuldeep Yadhav , P Krishna , A Khan , D Chahar , M Siraj
