India beat England by 49 runs in second T20 and won the series. After put into bat India scored 170/8 in 20 overs and bowled England out for 121 in 17 overs. Bhuvneshwar Kumar named player of the match for his excellent bowling figures of 3-1-15-3.
Rishabh Pant opened the batting with Rohit Sharma in this match and they given India off to a great start by scoring 49 runs in 4.5 overs. Debutant Richard Gleeson pushed India back by picking 3 quick wickets of Rohit Sharm (31) , Virat Kohli (1) and Rishabh Pant (26) to 61/3. Chris Jordan dismissed Suryakumar Yadhav(15) and Hardik Pandya (12) in sucessive deliveries in 11th over and push India further back to 89/5. Ravindra Jadeja 46*(29) balls helps India to post 170/8 in 20 overs.
Bhuvneshwar Kumar gives India off to a great start by picking Jason Roy (0) in the first ball of the innings. Indian bowlers picked wickets at regular intervals and never allow English batsman to score freely. Moeen Ali(35) and David Willey(33*) put up a fight but it was not enough. B Kumar(3/15) , J Bumbrah (2/10) , Y Chahal (2/10) , H Pandya (1/29) and H Patel (1/34) are the wicket takers for India.
