Indian skipper Rohit Sharma Tests positive for Covid-19. His availability for the one off Test match which going to start on July 1 is in doubt after this.

According to BCCI “Rohit has tested positive in Rapid Antigen Test in Leicester, England which conducted on saturday. He is currently in isolation at the team hotel with BCCI medical team ”

Earlier Indian spinner R Ashwin Tested positive for covid-19 which delayed his arrival in England.

India will have a huge issue in the opening slot if Rohit is unavailable for the 5th Test. Regular opener K.L Rahul already not travelled to England due to injury
